Open Positions

Internship New York & Los Angeles

Third Eye interns support both the New York and Los Angeles offices by providing communications and events support to our growing, fast-paced, forward-thinking team. Internships are part-time positions and typically last 3-4 months precise start and end dates to be discussed.

Duties are research-focused with an emphasis on organizing, reading and capturing coverage highlights in periodicals, daily newspapers and relevant publications. The role includes maintenance of client media reports, research, management and updates to database, as well as occasional event support. Interns will receive hands-on experience by interfacing with employees at museums, galleries and other institutions. It is a great opportunity to understand the value in press relations and how to properly communicate the intention of our clients in various exhibitions, events and ongoing institutional stories.

Candidates must have outstanding writing skills and possess polished interpersonal skills and a courteous phone manner. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and their file formats is preferred, in addition to close familiarity with cloud-based data services such as Dropbox and Google Drive. The ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a small team environment is essential.

Social Media Internship Los Angeles

We are looking for an intern for our Los Angeles office to provide social media and communications support to our growing, fast-paced, fun-loving, forward-thinking team. Fall internships are part-time positions and typically last 3-4 months beginning in September 2024, with precise start and end date to be discussed.

Interns will receive hands-on experience by interfacing with employees at museums, galleries, and other institutions. It is a great opportunity to understand the value in properly communicating the intention of our clients in various exhibitions, events, and ongoing institutional stories.

Social Media:

Candidates must have outstanding writing skills, be well-versed on social media and possess an eye for design graphics. The ability to multi-task and work creatively and efficiently with an attention to detail is essential.

Required skills: Knowledge of using Business Social Media accounts (primarily Instagram), the platform Canva and Mac operating systems

Preferred skills: Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat and their file formats is preferred, in addition to close familiarity with cloud-based data services such as Dropbox and Google Drive.
