Manager of Social Media, Digital Marketing, and Design (New York)

We are looking for a full-time Manager of Social Media, Digital Marketing, and Design to provide essential support to our team. This person will be responsible for driving the agency’s overall social media and digital marketing strategies, as well as having a hand in the overall look, feel, and point of view of agency materials.

Duties and needed skills include, but are not limited to: maintain knowledge of social media trends in order to ensure best practices for the agency and clients; manage Third Eye's social media channels and support clients' social media platforms when needed; demonstrate strong proficiency in the Adobe suite especially Photoshop and InDesign, while having knowledge of Illustrator and Aftereffect; research and utilize other design apps on mobile devices in order to create compelling social content; possess an editorial eye and the creative skills to design in house design materials (press release blasts, event invitations, proposals); demonstrate experience with social media management software such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Planoly; having experience with LaunchMetrics/FashionGPS preferred. 

The role includes on-site event and meeting support for various clients as well as managing junior team members on social media protocols and content guidelines.

Candidates should demonstrate a background with cultural / art communications work, must have outstanding writing skills, be active and proficient on social media, have strong interpersonal communications, politeness, and an outgoing personality. The ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a small, intimate team environment, where directives are often given remotely, is essential.

We are looking for interns for our Los Angeles and New York office to provide communications and events support to our growing, fast-paced, fun-loving, forward-thinking team. Duties are research-focused with an emphasis on organizing, reading, and capturing coverage highlights in periodicals, daily newspapers, and relevant publications. The role includes maintenance of client media reports, research, management and updates to database, website and social media channels, as well as occasional event support. Interns will receive hands-on experience by interfacing with employees at museums, galleries and other institutions. It is a great opportunity to understand the value in press relations and how to properly communicate the intention of our clients in various exhibitions, events and ongoing institutional stories.

Candidates must have outstanding writing skills, be active and proficient on social media, and possess polished interpersonal skills and a courteous phone manner. Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat and their file formats is preferred, in addition to close familiarity with cloud-based data services such as Dropbox. The ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a small team environment is essential.
